Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, plus any other payment options shown at checkout.
All payments are processed securely via our payment partners.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are limited.

with your order number and request.

Shipping

How long will delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the items ordered.
During peak seasons or due to customs delays, shipping may occasionally take a little longer.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link (where available) so you can follow your package.

Returns & Issues

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
In some cases, yes. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
