If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better. Below is our general returns guideline.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within
14 days of delivery.
Email us at support@jensenandgyn.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of what went wrong
We’ll review your case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Change-of-mind returns
In some cases we may accept returns for change of mind at our discretion. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Non-returnable / hygiene sensitive items
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain product categories may be final sale and not eligible for return once opened.
If this applies, it will be clearly indicated on the product page where possible.
